Over the last 20 plus years, our key staff has been employed at insurance companies, managing general agencies, law firms, third party administrators and insurance adjusting firms. They have been owners, officers and co-founders of corporations. These individuals recognized a need for a transportation specific third party claims administrator dedicated to putting the client and their insureds first.

The key staff of NTA, Inc., formerly National Transportation Adjusters, Inc., has been meeting this need since 1991.

Our support staff is always available to help you. They realize the importance of the clients needs and are willing to customize our services to meet your requirements. Recognizing the needs of our clients is the first step in determining the best process by which to meet your requirements. We take pride in having a superior support team.

A claims specialist is always available to you in emergency situations. Our services are offered 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Although our regular office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 Central time Monday through Friday, our phones are always answered.
